Teen Pauline Wins Top Flight Handicap at Aqueduct Racetrack
Las Vegas, NV - Aqueduct Racetrack in Queens, New York was scene of the $200,000 Grade 2 Top Flight Handicap on Saturday, March 1. Stonestreet Stables' homebred and odds-on-favorite Teen Pauline won her third straight race and first graded stakes victory - this time by 2 1/2 lengths over Centring who crossed the line a nose ahead of Flash Forward. The 4-year-old filly is now 3-for-3 over Aqueduct's inner dirt-track after running the mile-and-a-sixteenth in 1:45.04. Royal Lahaina and Flores Island completed the order of finish. Last year's Top Flight winner, Summer Applause, was scratched.
