Las Vegas, NV - Belmont Park in Elmont, New York played host to the $150,000 Grade 3 Bed o' Roses Handicap on Saturday June 20 - a seven furlong main track race for fillies and mares four years old and upward. Bobby Flay's 3-5 favorite Dame Dorothy was best on the day as she prevailed by 1 1/2 lengths. Street Story, the 9-2 third choice finished second with 14-1 long shot Expression six lengths back in third. Room for Me finished fourth, followed by Tahoe Tigress. Unfortunately Hot Rendezvous, 2-1 morning line favorite La Verdad, and Medaglia d'Argento all scratched.
