Title Contender erased the memory of a terrible performance in the Grade 3 Canadian Derby with an impressive 4 3/4 length win at 10-1 odds. 30-1 shot Hopeseeker was second, with stablemates 9-10 favorite Reporting Star and Bluegrass Pride finishing third and fourth, respectively. Bluegrass Pride was followed by Shooting Jacket, Modern, Tracker, Success Rate, Go for Guinness, and Leo's in the House.
