Bob Baffert trained heavy favorite Game On Dude did exactly what he was supposed to do - he ran away from the field with relative ease. Game On Dude also won the Gold Cup last year. Kettle Corn, rallying from last in the five-horse field with a game try, drew to within a length of Game On Dude at the wire and finished second. Sky Kingdom edged Clubhouse Ride by half a length for third, with Oilisblackgold trailing.
