Las Vegas, NV - The one mile $100,000 Grade 3 Wilshire Handicap took place on Betfair Hollywood Park turf Sunday, April 28. It was Halo Dolly that recorded a 1 1/2 length score at 3-1 odds in the field of seven fillies and mares. Long Face, a 14-1 outsider, finished second while 3-2 favorite Moone's My Name ran on late to nose out another Hollendorfer entrant, Esentepe, for third. Esentepe was followed by Purim's Dancer, Nobilis, and Little Emily in the Wilshire, which was the first graded stakes of the 2013 spring/summer meet at Hollywood Park. Byrony scratched.
