Frac Daddy Wins Ben Ali Stakes at Keeneland Race Course
Las Vegas, NV - Keeneland in Lexington, Kentucky hosted the $150,000 Grade 3 Ben Ali Stakes for horses four years old and upward Sunday, April 21. Successful Dan, half brother of 2012 Horse of the Year Wise Dan made a successful return from a 10 month layoff with a one length victory as the 4-5 favorite for his fifth win in five tries at Keeneland. 2-1 second choice Boisterous finished a game second while Richard's Kid was another 6 1/4 lengths back in third. Son of a General, Hattaash, and Stephanoatsee completed the order of finish while Golden Ticket scratched.
