Liam's Map Wins Breeders' Cup Dirt Mile at Keeneland
Las Vegas, NV - The $1 million Grade 1 Las Vegas Breeders' Cup Dirt Mile was contested on Friday, October 30 at Keeneland in Lexington, Kentucky. Some of the best milers, three years old and upward couldn't touch 1-2 favorite Liam's Map who more than lived up to the hype and prevailed by 2 1/2 lengths. Lea finished second with Red Vine was another 3 1/4-lengths back in third. Wicked Strong finished fourth in the 11-horse field with Valid, Mr. Z, Street Strategy, War Story, Bradester, Tapiture and War Envoy completing the order of finish.
