Time and Motion Wins Lake Placid Stakes at Saratoga Race Course
The $300,000 Grade 2 Lake Placid Stakes went down Sunday, August 21 at Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, New York - a 1 1/8 miles Inner turf test for three year old fillies. Time and Motion turned the tables on Catch a Glimpse (Catch a Glimpse was the victor over Time and Motion in the recent Belmont Oaks Invitational) and won by a neck over her rival as the 8-5 second choice. 3-5 favorite Catch a Glimpse finished second in the field of six while 23-1 shot Diamond Fields got in for third. Elysea's World was fourth while Outsider Art and My Impression completed the order of finish. Pricedtoperfection scratched.
