Las Vegas, NV - The Grade 1 Frizette Stakes will be contested this Saturday, October 4 from Belmont Park in Elmont, New York. Last time out was a terrific win in the Grade 2 Adirondack Stakes at Saratoga August 10 which followed a maiden score in wire-to-wire fashion by 11 lengths on this track July 3. She goes off as the 5-2 morning line second choice from the rail with Irad Ortiz in the saddle.
Feathered - Todd Pletcher trained filly makes her stakes debut Saturday after breaking maiden last time out by 9 3/4 lengths in her second career start - at Saratoga August 31. Her career debut resulted in a second in a MSW on that same track August 3. Javier Castellano gets the call from post 4 at odds 7-2 odds.
Wonder Gal - will race for the third time for trainer Leah Gyarmati and is coming off a third place finish behind Cavorting in the Grade 2 Adirondack Stakes at Saratoga August 10 which followed a win in her debut - by 14 1/2 lengths in the minor Lynbrook Stakes on this track July 6. She will be sent off at an intriguing 6-1 odds with Cornelio Velasquez in the irons from post 2.
