Las Vegas, NV - The Grade 3 My Charmer Handicap comes our way from Gulfstream Park West in Miami, Florida this Saturday, November 22. Fillies and mares three years old and upward will be featured when they go 1 1/8 miles on Gulfstream Park West's turf track searching for the winner's share of the $100,000 purse.

Daring Kathy - multiple stakes winner has eight career starts for trainer David Fawkes with five wins and two third place finishes. She enters off a win in the listed Cellars Shiraz Stakes by 3 1/4 lengths on this track October 18 after consecutive thirds in graded stakes action - the Grade 3 Ontario Colleen Stakes in August and the Grade 2 Lake George Stakes in July. Before that was a three race win streak - by 5 1/2 lengths as 1-5 favorite the minor Starfish Bay Stakes at Gulfstream June 15 followed a win in the minor Honey Rider Stakes on that same track in May and an Allowance Optional Claiming score in March. She has been competitive every time out, has won four of six turf starts but looks for her first graded stakes score Saturday with Abdiel Jaen in the reins of the likely favorite from gate 8.
Angelica Zapata - looked terrific at the end of 2013/beginning of 2014. She won three minor stakes races last year including the Capano Handicap on this track in November and closed out her year with a second in the 2013 edition of this race. She went on to a third in the Grade 3 Marshua's River Stakes in January and has been competitive ever since. Last time out was a second in the minor Wasted Tears Stakes at Gulfstream Park after consecutive wins - the minor Soaring Softly Stakes at Gulfstream in August and the minor Nancy's Glitter Handicap on this track in June. Lilbourne Eliza - Martin Wolfson Irish bred filly has 18 careers tarts with three wins, three seconds and three third place finishes. She enters off a win in the minor Wasted Tears Stakes at Gulfstream September 27 after failing to place in two previous minor stakes starts. She has two graded stakes starts but failed to place in either. Lilbourne Eliza will hope to change that Saturday when she departs from post 7 with Eduardo Nunez in the saddle.
Cushion - Christophe Clement trained British bred filly has 13 career starts with two wins, three seconds and three third place finishes. She has just three starts in North America - an OK fourth last time out in the Grade 3 Athenia Stakes at Belmont Park October 12 followed a tenth as 3-1 favorite in the minor Fasig-Tipton Waya Stakes at Saratoga August 3 and an Allowance score on this track June 28. She looks to break through in graded stakes company for the first time Saturday with Brice Blanc aboard from gate 10.

Triple Arch - finished third in two starts this summer - an Allowance Optional Claiming at Parx June 10 and in the Grade 3 Gallorette Handicap May 17 and went on to a good second in the Grade 3 Eatontown Handicap June 21 and an Allowance Optional Claiming score in July. She has failed to place in her last three starts however - a fourth last time out in the minor Musical Romance Stakes followed a ninth in the Grade 3 Violet Stakes in August and a fifth in the Grade 3 Molly Pitcher Stakes in July. Magic of Reality - H Graham Motion French bred filly has just one North American start - a third in an Allowance at Keeneland October 23. She had two wins, three seconds and two third place finishes back home before shipping - placing in her last three in Europe. She looks to break through in stakes company this week when she leaves from post 6 with Edgar Prado guiding her.
Shy's Aly - makes her stakes debut Saturday for trainer Bertrell Vaz having recorded two wins, a second and a third place finish in her last four starts overall. Last time out was a second in a Starter Optional Claiming after consecutive Starter Optional Claiming scores and a third in a similar race - all results at Gulfstream Park. She looks ready for her step up and will have Arny Fontanez in the irons from post 3.
Clearbrook - Chad Brown trained filly has eight starts this year with two wins and three second place finishes. She enters off an Allowance Optional Claiming score at Belmont Park October 8, a fifth in a similar race September 1 and three straight third place finishes - the best of which came in the Grade 3 Orchid Stakes in March. She races in stakes company for the second time Saturday looking for a strong breakthrough. Joe Bravo has the mount from post 9.
The Blonde Peque - has eight career starts for trainer Gustavo Delgado with two wins, a second and three third place finishes. Saturday marks her stakes debut off a seventh in an Allowance Optional Claiming on this track November 7, an Allowance score here October 9, a third in an Allowance in December, 2013 and a maiden score in October of last year. She makes just her third start this year and takes a huge step up in competition from the rail with Leandro Goncalves aboard.
Merilore - has 10 starts this year with one win, four seconds and a third place finish, She is coming off an Allowance Optional Claiming score here October 17 after three straight runner-up finishes - all Allowance Optional Claiming races. She makes her stakes debut Saturday in so-so form with Jonathan Gonzales in the reins from post 2.
Oasis at Midnight - Main Track Only entry has 20 career starts with three wins, three seconds and four third place finishes - just one win, two seconds and three third place finishes in 12 starts this year. She has failed to place in two career graded stakes starts and is coming off a sixth in an Allowance Optional Claiming at Belmont Park October 8.
U.S.S O'Brien - Main Track Only entry has eight career starts with two wins, two seconds and two third place finishes. She may make her stakes debut Saturday off an Allowance Optional Claiming score at Gulfstream Park September 11 and two off-the-board finishes in Allowance races this summer.
