Rosalind 5/2 - Chad Brown trained filly has placed in eight of 15 career starts and enters off a fourth in the Grade 1 Ogden Phipps Stakes June 6 which followed a terrific win in the Grade 2 Sheepshead Bay Stakes May 2. Before that was a fifth in the Grade 2 Santa Ana Stakes in March and a second in the Grade 3 Suwannee River Stakes at Gulfstream February 7. She did win the Grade 1 Ashland Stakes in a dead heat in April, 2014 as well and did record a third after rallying from 16 lengths back in the 2013 Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies but has struggled to find consistency since. Rosalind has placed in just two of her last eight starts overall but has looked great at times this year. A jockey hasn't yet been named for most experience entry in the field and the morning line favorite when she leaves from post 10.
Kitten's Point 4/1 - Graham Motion trained mare won the 2013 Herecomesthebride Stakes in 2013 but also had a pair of ugly sevenths in 2014 - the Grade 1 Jenny Wiley Stakes in April and the Grade 1 First Lady Stakes in October with an eighth in the minor Kathryn Crosby Stakes at Del Mar as well. She has looked much better lately - a nice win last time out in the Grade 3 Bewitch Stakes at Keeneland April 24 followed a decent third in the Grade 3 Orchid Stakes March 28. Before that was a sixth in the Grade 3 The Very One Stakes in February and a win in the minor Astra Stakes at Santa Anita January 18. She has placed in three of her last four starts and has five wins, three seconds and two third place finishes in 15 career starts. Edgar Prado gets the call looking for Kitten Point's second straight graded stakes score from gate 8 Saturday. She is a coupled entry along with...
Chat 4/1 - Jonathan Sheppard trained mare had one win in two starts in Europe before shipping. He has a win, a second and a third place finish in five North American starts and enters off a second in the minor Justakiss Stakes on this track June 10. Before that was a sixth in an Allowance in April and a twelfth in the minor Lady Baltimore Stakes last September. Chat enters in OK form after looking poor to start his year and will have Andry Blanco in the irons from post 9.
Courtesan 6/1 - Started her career in good form for trainer Christophe Clement - a third in the Grade 3 Jessamine Stakes in her second career start was followed by a win in the minor Juvenile Filly Turf Stakes. She hasn't been quite the same since - a fifth last time out in an Allowance Optional Claiming June 14 followed a good win in the minor Keertana Stakes at Churchill Downs in May and a fourth in the Grade 3 Bewitch Stakes in April. Courtesan has placed in just two of her last seven starts overall and enters in typically inconsistent form. She looks for her first graded stakes score Saturday from the outside post 11 with Kendrick Carmouche in charge.
Queen's Parade 6/1 - Shug McGaughey trained filly makes her stakes debut Saturday having won two of her last three starts - an Allowance Optional Claiming last time out at Belmont Park May 8 and a maiden score three starts back in December. Lady of Gold 8/1 - H Graham Motion trainee is coming off an OK third in the minor Justakiss Stakes on this very track June 10 which followed a disappointing ninth in the Grade 2 Santa Ana Stakes in March and a third in the minor Astra Stakes January 18. She also had a fourth in the Grade 3 Robert J. Frankel Stakes in December and consecutive runner-up finishes - in the Grade 3 Red Carpet November 22 and the Grade 3 Maple Leaf Stakes at Woodbine November 1 - her graded stakes debut. She has just two wins in 19 career starts but has placed in two of her last three starts overall - all stakes races. Trevor McCarthy has been tabbed to ride as Lady of Gold searches for her first stakes win from post 7.
Striking Style 10/1 - Michael Matz trained filly has placed in seven straight starts ahead of this race and is coming off her best career performance - a convincing Allowance score at Belmont Park May 31. Before that was a second and consecutive third in similar races in New York. She steps into stakes company for the first time in good form but could be in over her head in this one. Alex Cintron gets the call Saturday from gate 2.
Ceisteach 10/1 - Irish bred Tom Proctor trained filly has placed in six of eight career starts with three wins, two seconds and a third place finish. She makes her graded stakes debut off a good win in the minor Keertana Stakes at Churchill Downs May 16, a third in an Allowance April 12 and a second and a win in a pair of Allowance races in her four North American starts. She has improved every time out and will be after her first graded stakes score from post 5 with Channing Hill aboard.
Cat's Claw 12/1 - had a three race win streak last summer - the best of which being the minor Fasig-Tipton Waya Stakes at Saratoga in August. She has failed to place in four starts since however - a ninth last time out in the Grade 3 Gallorette Handicap May 16 at Pimlico followed a fourth in the minor Rood and Riddle Dowager Stakes in October, a fifth in the minor Kentucky Ladies Marathon last September and a sixth in the Grade 3 Glens Falls Stakes August 31. Cat's Claw will be looking to reverse her recent fortune when she departs from gate 4 with Tyler Conner guiding her.
Silverville 15/1 - Tim Woolley trained filly has placed in all six career starts - one win, four seconds and four third place finishes in six career starts. She races in stakes company Saturday off consecutive runner-up finishes - both Allowance races the past couple of months and a maiden score at Pimlico in April. Silverville has been good against lesser company but steps into stakes company for the first time Saturday - from the rail with Jevian Toledo in the saddle.
Fasnacloich 15/1 - posted consecutive Allowance scores at this time last year and went on to a respectable third in the Grade 3 Violet Stakes at Belmont Park in August. She struggled a tad after that, failing to place in her next three starts but has been OK in her last three overall. Last time out was a nice win in the minor Justakiss Stakes on this very track June 10 which followed a fifth in the Grade 3 Gallorette Handicap at Pimlico May 16 and a third in the minor Dahlia Stakes on that same track in April. Fasnacloich looks for her first graded stakes score and could be in the mix after a good win last time out. Julian Pimentel rides from post 3.
