Nine three year old fillies will give it a go in the Selene Stakes - race 8 on Woodbine's Sunday schedule. Post time is 4:45 PM. Here is a look into the past performances of all nine entries for this Grade 3 stakes.
Don't Leave Me - Malcolm Pierce trained filly started her career with two wins - a maiden score at first asking August 2 and a first-level Allowance win August 22 - both results at Woodbine. She made an unsuccessful step up into stakes company in September and finished a troubled sixth in the Grade 2 Natalma Stakes here in September. Last time out she bounced back in a big way by winning the Grade 3 Bourbonette Oaks at Turfway Park March 21 - her first graded stakes score. Don't Leave Me has now won three of four career starts and looks like the one to catch Sunday. Eurico Rosa Da Silva will be in the saddle of this impressive filly from gate 6.
Ol' Fashion Gal - Mark Casse pupil won two straight races at Del Mar this past winter - the best of which was the Grade 3 Jimmy Durante Stakes November 29 but has struggled mightily in two starts since. Last time out was a ninth in the Grade 3 Providencia Stakes April 4 which followed a seventh in the Grade 3 Sweetest Chant Stakes in January at Gulfstream. Jockey Alan Garcia has been tasked with getting Ol' Fashion Gal back into form and to snap an ugly two race losing streak from gate 4 in her first synthetic track try.
Her Majesty's Flag - will race for just the fourth time for trainer David Cotey having won two of her three career starts. Last time out was an Allowance Optional Claiming score by 1 3/4 lengths here April 11 after a fifth in the minor Glorious Song Stakes on this track in November and a maiden score at first asking. She makes her graded stakes debut and will race around two turns for the first time Sunday. Her Majesty's Flag arrives in OK form and with some hype behind her as she leaves from post 5 with Skye Chernetz in the reins.
Green Doctor - finished seventh in her only graded stakes action to date - the Grade 2 Natalma Stakes here in September. She has been up and down since. Last time out was a sixth in the minor Fury Stakes on this track May 3 after a nice front-running win in the minor Fanfreluche Stakes here in October and an Allowance score in October. Green Doctor has won three of her last five starts overall but looks for her first graded stakes score from gate 2 with David Moran in the saddle.

Leading Edge - Roger Attfield trained filly makes her graded stakes debut Sunday having placed in just one of her last three starts - that being a third against older company in an Allowance here May 1. Before that was a sixth in an Allowance April 10 and a fourth in the minor Princess Elizabeth Stakes in this track in November. She did record a maiden score in her second career start but has been less-than-spectacular since. Luis Contreras gets the call as Leading Edge hopes to break through in stakes company for the first time from gate 8.
Trigger Finger - makes her stakes debut Sunday for trainer Tino Attard having recorded two wins and a third place finish in seven career starts. Trigger Finger steps up in OK form from the outside post with Jesse Campbell aboard.
Season Ticket - Mark Casse trained filly won her first career start and has been a tad disappointing since. Last time out was a second in an Allowance at Keeneland April 24 which followed a tenth in the Grade 3 Florida Oaks in March and a sixth in an Allowance Optional Claiming in February. Season Ticket looks for her first stakes score this weekend and enters in so-so form. Patrick Husbands has the mount from post 7.
Watch This Cat - Mark Casse trained filly has four career starts with a win and a second place finish. She makes her stakes debut Sunday off a career worst effort - a tenth in an Allowance at Keeneland.
