Last time out was a runner-up finish in the Group 2 Blanford Stakes September 11 after a good win in the Irish Stallion Farms E.B.F Give Thanks Stakes at Cork August 2, a sixth in a Group 2 race in July and a third in the Group 3 Munster Oaks in June. She also won the minor Staffordstown Stud Silken Gilder Stakes a year ago. Best In The World has been trending upward ahead of this weekend and makes her North American debut in good form. Ryan Moore gets the call on the tepid morning line favorite from post 3.
Rainha Da Bateria 4-1 - 2014 Grade 3 Jessamine Stakes winner - Chad Brown trained filly has three wins, four seconds and two third place finishes in 16 career starts. She enters off a nice win on this track in the G2 Canadian Stakes September 17 which followed an OK third in the G3 Diana Stakes at Saratoga July 23, a disappointing seventh in the G1 Just a Game Stakes at Belmont Park June 11, a respectable second behind Tepin in the G2 Churchill Distaff Turf Mile May 7, another seventh in the G2 Hillsborough Stakes at Tampa Bay March 12 and consecutive runner-up finishes - the G3 Suwannee Stakes February 6 at Gulfstream and the G2 Mrs. Revere Stakes in November. Rainha Da Bateria has been inconsistent but has placed in three of her last four starts overall. Off a win she figures to be in the mix from post 5 with Julien Leparoux in the irons of the second betting choice.

Swiss Range 6-1 - British bred John Gosden trained filly has two wins and a second place finish in five career starts. She makes her North American debut off an OK fourth in the Group 1 Qatar Nassau Stakes at Goodwood July 30, an eighth in the Group 1 Prix de Diane Longines in June and a two race win streak - the best of which was in the minor Tweenhills Pretty Polly Stakes at Newmarket in May. Swiss Range has been competitive so far and will be in search of her biggest win to date. Joel Rosario rides from the rail.
Banzari 8-1 - British bred HF Devin trained filly has five wins, a second and a third place finish in 11 career starts. She enters in very good form - wins in four of her last five starts overall. Last time was one of those wins - the Group 3 La Coupe de Maisons-Laffitte September 17 followed another win in a minor stakes race in France, a third in a minor stakes race and two straight Allowance scores. Banzari has been terrific this year and will be out to make a statement Sunday from post 6. Alexis Badel has the mount.
Al's Gal 10-1 - Michael Maker trained mare has 25 career starts with seven wins, eight seconds and three third place finishes and has been very good in her last five starts - two wins and three runner-up finishes. Last time out was one of those wins - in the minor Kentucky Downs Ladies Marathon September 15 after a second in the G1 Beverly D. Stakes at Arlington August 13, a second in the G3 Modesty Handicap on that track July 8, a win in the minor Keertana Stakes at Churchill Downs in May and a second in the G3 Bewitch Stakes at Keeneland in April. Al's Gal has been in the mix in every race this year and will be shooting for her first graded stakes score from post 7 Sunday with Florent Geroux guiding her.
Aim to Please 10-1 - French bred Francois Doumen trained filly makes her North American debut in career-best form. Last time out was a win in the Group 3 Prix Bertrand de Tarragon September 21 which followed consecutive thirds - the Group 3 Prix de Lieurey August 15 and the Group 2 Prix de Sandringham in June. She failed to place in her previous four starts. Aim to Please now has three wins and three third place finishes in 10 career starts and hopes to keep a good run going from gate 10. Gerald Mosse will be in the saddle.
Nezwaah 12-1 - British bred Roger Varian trained filly will make her seventh career start having posted three wins, a second and a third place finish so far. She makes her North American debut Sunday off a second in the minor John Musker Stakes September 14 after a fifth in the Group 2 Prix de la Nonette Stakes August 23 and a good win in the Hoppings Stakes at Newcastle in June. Nezwaah has been a factor in every race so far and hopes to be again Sunday from gate 12. Andrea Atzeni is scheduled to ride.
Parveneh 12-1 - Irish bred Waldermar Hickst trained filly has two wins, a second and a third place finish in eight career starts. She makes her North American debut off a fourth in the Group 1 Preis von Europa in Germany September 25, a good win in the Group 2 T. von Zastrow Stutenpreis Badener Stutenpreis at Baden Baden September 3 and off-the board finishes in her previous three starts. She also win the a Group 3 race in April. When right, Parveneh has been good but inconsistency has plagued her in her career. Flavien Prat will try to cure all of that from gate 2 Sunday.
Suffused 12-1 - Bill Mott trained British bred filly has placed in nine of 13 career starts - five wins, three seconds and a third place finish. She was OK in Europe but has stepped up her game since arriving in North America. Last time out was a good win in the G3 Glens Falls Stakes at Saratoga September 3 after a second in the G3 Fasig-Tipton Waya Stakes on that track August 6, a win in the minor Belmont Coronation Invitational Stakes in June and a third in an Allowance Optional Claiming in May. Suffused has improved with every outing this year and hopes to keep that trend going from gate 4. Joel Rosario rides.
Guapaza 15-1 - Chad Brown trained Chilean bred mare was good at home - six wins, five seconds and two third place finishes in 17 starts including a three race win streak - the Group 2 Francisco Baeza Stakes in July, 2016, the Group 2 Carlos Campino in May of that year and the minor Geoffrey Bushness Watson in April. She has been decent in six North American starts - a disappointing sixth last time out in the G3 Glens Falls Stakes at Saratoga September 3 followed a good win in the G3 Fasig-Tipton Waya Stakes at Saratoga August 6, a win in the minor River Memories Stakes at Belmont Park July 10, a third in the G2 New York Stakes in June, a third in the G2 Sheepshead Bay Stakes in May and another third in the G3 The Very One Stakes in March. Guapaza had been impressive before last time out and will be out for a strong bounce back and for a first G1 score from post 11. Javier Castellano gets the call.
Strut the Course 20-1 - Canada's 2014 Sovereign Award winner for Older Females was fourth in this race last year. The Barbara Minshall trained mare was impressive last summer - two wins and a second place finish including a win in the 2015 G2 Canadian Stakes, a second in the G3 Ontario Matron Stakes and a win in the G2 Dance Smartly Stakes July 5 - all results at Woodbine. She also had two stakes wins on this track at the end of 2014 including the G3 Maple Leaf Stakes. She enters in OK form - a fourth last time out in the G2 Canadian Stakes September 17 followed a second in the G2 Dance Smartly Stakes here July 3, a third in the G2 Nassau Stakes on this track May 29 and an Allowance Optional Claiming score by 2 1/4 lengths here April 30. Strut the Course now has 10 wins, five seconds and three third place finishes in 27 career starts and is expected to be in the mix as usual Sunday. Rafael Manuel Hernandez will be in the reins from gate 8.
Tuttipaesi 30-1 - Irish bred Bill Mott trained mare won three of five starts at home before shipping. She had terrific win in the Grade 2 Santa Ana Stakes at Santa Anita March 26 after a respectable third in the Grade 3 Marshua's River Stakes at Gulfstream January 9 and a two race win streak - the minor South Beach Stakes December 12 and the minor Suffolk Downs Distaff Turf last October. She has been OK lately as well - a third last time out in the minor Lady Baltimore Stakes at Laurel Park followed a fourth in the G1 Beverly D. Stakes at Arlington August 13 and a second in the G3 Dr. James Penny Memorial Stakes at Parx in July. Tuttipaesi has placed in seven of her last eight starts and could be a factor from the outside post 13. Christopher DeCarlo has the mount.
Uchenna 30-1 - Irish bred Mark Casse trained mare won the G3 Ontario Matron Stakes July 25, 2015 on this track and has been up and down since. Last time out was a nice win in the minor Belle Mahone Stakes here September 5 after an OK third in the G3 Matchmaker Stakes at Monmouth Park July 31, a fifth in the G2 Dance Smartly Stakes here July 3, a sixth in the G2 Nassau Stakes on this track May 29 and four more off-the-board finishes in graded stakes action (including an eleventh in last year's edition of this race). Patrick Husbands will be in charge of an underwhelming Uchenna from post 9 hoping for her first graded stakes score in 15 months.
