Stacked Deck 2-1 - defending champion in this race - Canada's champion sprinter of 2015 - Barbara Mishall trained gelding enters off a respectable second in the G2 Nearctic Stakes here October 16 which followed a nice gate-to-wire win over Puntrooskie in the minor Ontario Jockey Club Stakes on this track September 11, a disappointing fifth in the G2 Connaught Cup here June 5, a runner-up finish behind Passion for Action as favorite in the G3 Vigil Stakes here May 7, a terrific win ahead of Passion for Action with a 103 Beyer Speed Figure in the G2 Kennedy Road Stakes here November 22 and a tenth place finish on the biggest stage - the 2015 Breeders' Cup Turf. He also posted a respectable third in the G3 Woodford Stakes at Keeneland last October 3 and a good win in the G3 Bold Venture Stakes on this track last September 13. He now has eight wins, two seconds and three third place finishes in 21 career starts and has placed in nine of his last 12 starts overall. He tries for the repeat win in this race and for his first graded stakes score this year with Rafael Manuel Hernandez in the reins of the morning line favorite from gate 4.
Puntrooskie 3-1 - had a second in the G3 Vigil Stakes here in 2015 for trainer Donald MacRae and a third in the G3 Bold Venture Stakes last year and has been equally good as of late. He enters off a second in the minor Ontario Jockey Club Stakes here September 11 which followed a terrific win in the 2016 G3 Bold Venture with an eye-opening 102 Beyer Speed Figure July 23, an Allowance Optional Claiming score by 3 3/4 lengths on this track July 3 and a second in a Claiming here in May. He now has five wins, seven seconds and five third place finishes in 30 career starts and enters in career-best form. Eurico Rosa Da Sliva has been scheduled to ride the second betting choice from the rail.

Pink Lloyd 9-2 - lightly raced Peter Tiller trained gelding has just four career starts with three good wins - all on this track. He makes his graded stakes debut Sunday off a career-worst effort however - a fifth in the minor Overskate Stakes October 29- his only stakes action to date. Before that were consecutive Allowance scores and a maiden win at first asking in August. Pink Lloyd steps up in decent form and will have Patrick Husbands in the saddle of this intriguing third choice from gate 2.
Passion for Action 6-1 - has six wins, four seconds and a third place finish in 19 career starts but has failed to place in his last three ahead of this weekend. Last time out was a seventh in the G2 Nearctic Stakes here October 16 after an eighth in the G1 Woodbine Mile September 17 and a fourth in the G2 Play the King Stakes here August 20. Before that was a good victory in the G2 Highlander Stakes here July 3, an OK second in the G2 Connaught Cup Stakes on this track June 5, a win in the G3 Vigil Stakes with an impressive 103 Beyer Speed Figure on this track May 7 and another win in the minor Jacques Cartier Stakes here April 9. Passion for Action was terrific on this track in the spring/early fall and will be out to rediscover that form Sunday. Luis Contreras has been tabbed to ride from gate 6.
Touch of Disney 10-1 - has placed in eight of 10 career starts for trainer Norman McKnight - four wins and four second place finishes - all on this track. He makes his graded stakes debut Sunday in good form - a win last time out in his stakes debut - the minor Overskate Stakes October 29 followed an Allowance score October 16, a second in a similar race and another Allowance score August 13. Touch of Disney steps up with a ton of confidence and could contend from the outside post 9. Omar Moreno gets the call.
Commute 10-1 - Mark Casse trained colt has four wins, two seconds and two third place finishes in 17 career starts. He enters off a fourth in the minor Labeeb Stakes on this track November 6, an Allowance Optional Claiming score here October 8 and a ninth in the minor Kentucky Downs Turf Cup in September. Before that were consecutive eighths in graded stakes action - the G2 King Edward Stakes on this track July 2 and the Grade 3 Jaipur Invitational June 11 at Belmont Park. He had an OK third in the Grade 2 Shakertown Stakes at Keeneland in April and a second in an Allowance Optional Claiming in March as well. Jacks Escarpment 12-1 - Nicholas Gonzalez trained gelding has 15 career starts with four wins, four seconds and three third place finishes. He makes his graded stakes debut Sunday off an OK third in the minor Overskate Stakes here October 29, a second in an Allowance Optional Claiming on this track October 8 and a good win in the minor OLG Kenora Stakes here August 31. He has placed in five straight races ahead of this weekend and chases his biggest win to date from post 5. Emma-Jayne Wilson has the mount.
Colleen's Sailor 20-1 - has 44 career starts for trainer Vito Armada with 13 wins, five seconds and six third place finishes. He makes his graded stakes debut in OK form - a third in an Allowance Optional Claiming here October 8 followed a fifth in a similar race on this track September 18. He won five of his previous six races - all at Woodbine including two straight Allowance Optional Claiming races in August. Colleen's Sailor knows this track very well and hopes his vast experience here translates in his step up in competition. David Moran will be in the irons from post 7.
Boreal Spirit 20-1 - has 16 career starts for trainer Jennifer Shafer with four wins, three seconds and two third place finishes. He makes his graded stakes debut off a fourth in the minor Overskate Stakes here October 29, a second in an Allowance Optional Claiming on this track October 19 and a tenth in a similar race here October 1.
