Just a Smidge steps up having posted two straight bullet works at six furlongs here and searches for a career-defining win from post 5 Saturday with Rafael Bejarano in the irons from post 5.

Has just one career start for trained Richard Baltas and it was a good one - a 3 1/2 length maiden score on this very track August 6 - the third-place finisher in that race was 15 lengths back. Moonshine Memories hopes to make it two-for-two to start her career in what marks a huge step up in competition when she leaves from gate 2 with Flavien Prat aboard.
Has two career starts for trainer Eric Guillot with one win - both of her races were at Gulfstream Park. She steps into stakes company for the first time Saturday having broken maiden last time out July 23 after a fourth in her debut July 8. Doug O'Neill trained filly has a win and a second-place finish in her two career starts. She makes her stakes debut Saturday off a maiden score on this track August 12 which followed a second in her debut at Los Alamitos July 6.
