Devil's Cave Wins Sabin Stakes at Gulfstream Park
Las Vegas, NV - Gulfstream Park in beautiful Hallandale Beach, Florida played host to the $200,000 Grade 3 Sabin Stakes on Sunday, February 16. Alpha Delta Stable's Devil's Cave recorded her first stakes win and set a new track record in the process at 1 1/16 miles. She won by 3 1/2 lengths as the 4-1 fourth choice while her arch rival Sweet N Discreet finished second and Triple Arch got up for third. Angelica Zapata finished fourth followed by Gamay Noir, Kipling's Joy, 2-1 favorite Rose to Gold and Private Ensign.
